I need to add myself as a sender for reminders, but my email address is not listed in the From field. What should I do?
Only the email addresses added as senders in the Sender Email Preferences page will be listed under the From field of reminder templates.
To add a new sender email address:
- Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
- Click Email Notifications under Reminders & Notifications.
- Click Sender Email Preferences under the Preferences section in the Emails pane.
- Click + New Sender to add the new sender email address.
- Enter the Name and Email.
- Click Save.
Now, a new sender email has been configured. The newly added sender can be selected as the From address for reminders.
