What should I do if there is an error while connecting to the GST portal when I push the GSTR 3B from Zoho Books?

When you have trouble connecting Zoho Books to the GST portal, check if you’ve answered the questions related to filing in the portal. To check if you’ve answered all the questions:

• Access the www.gst.gov.in and click the Services tab next to the dashboard.
• Click the Returns tab and select Return Dashboard.
• Select the Financial Year & Return Filing Period and click Search.
• In the form GSTR 3B section, click Prepare Online.

You will be able to view answer all the relevant questions that are applicable to you.
