Hanoi School of Business and Management (HSB), affiliated with Vietnam National University in Hanoi, distinguishes itself with its independent approach to both academic and financial operations. Renowned for its high quality programs, ranging from undergraduate to PhD, HSB is the first higher education institute in Vietnam to receive ACQUIN (Germany) accreditation for all of its full-time degree programs in Vietnam.
The challenge
As an educational institution, HSB manages significant volumes of student data, which was initially hosted on Google Sheets. The growing amount of data underscored the need for a more efficient system capable of handling large datasets. The existing method was labor-intensive, prone to errors, and heavily reliant on manual input. HSB was in search of a solution that was dynamic, could scale with ease, process data in real time, and be cost-effective.
The solution
To address these challenges, HSB engaged with i3 Network Systems, a Zoho Authorized Partner in Vietnam. The i3 team recommended transitioning the data storage from Google Sheets to Zoho CRM, to enable real-time data collection. They proposed using Zoho Forms to collect student data—and to ensure data backup, Zoho Flow is utilized to integrate Zoho Forms with Zoho Sheet and Zoho CRM. Now, when a form is submitted in Zoho Forms, a record is created in Zoho Sheet, as well in Zoho CRM. This automation ensures that data entered via Zoho Forms is directly recorded in both Zoho Sheet and Zoho CRM.
