Can I delete an item? It shows me an error message when I try.

Prerequisite: You cannot delete an item involved in existing transactions in your account. You have to delete the concerned transactions before you come back and delete the items, or you can simply just mark the particular items as inactive.

To delete items:

  • Go to Items on the left sidebar and select the item that you want to delete.
  • Click the More dropdown in the top right corner and click Delete.

To bulk delete items:

  • Go to Items on the left sidebar and click the checkbox in the left corner for the items you want to delete.
  • Click Bulk Actions dropdown at the top and click the option Delete.
