How do I delete my Zoho Books organization?

Warning: Once you delete your organization, you will no longer be able to access it. Ensure that you take a backup before deleting the organization. Read our help document on data backup to learn more.

Prerequisites:

The organization should not be subscribed to any paid plan.
The user who is deleting the organization must be the admin of the organization.
All integrations must be disabled.

To delete your Zoho Books organization:

Click the organization name in the top right corner of the page and select Manage.
Click the More icon next to the organization that you want to delete and select Delete from the dropdown.
Check the I want to permanently delete this Zoho Books organization and its contents option in the pop up that appears.
Click Delete Organization.

Your Zoho Books organization will be deleted and you will no longer be able to access it.
