How do I extend my customers’ trial period?
If your customers need more time to test your product, you can extend their trial period. Here’s how:
- Go to the Subscriptions module from the left sidebar.
- Click on the trial subscription that you want to extend.
- Click Extend under the trial’s expiry date.
- Select a date from the date-picker and click Save.
Now, your customer’s trial period has been extended.
