Do I need to pay for each organization I create?

No, you need not pay for every organization you create in Zoho Books. When you sign up for Zoho Books, each organization will be on a 14-day trial period. Once the trial expires, you can either upgrade the organization to a paid plan of Zoho Books or switch it to the Free plan.
